What a CSL Mechanical Service Inspection Covers
Each CSL mechanical service visit follows a structured inspection routine covering all critical components of your conveyor system:
- Belt condition, tracking, tension and splicing – including early identification of edge wear or ply separation
- Roller condition – checking for seized, worn or noisy rollers that indicate developing bearing failure

CSL mechanical servicing is available at four visit frequencies, allowing you to match the programme to your system’s intensity, criticality and operational calendar:
- Annual (x1 per year) – suitable for lower-intensity systems or those recently installed and under warranty
- Biannual (x2 per year) – recommended for most mid-volume warehouse and distribution operations
- Quarterly (x4 per year) – for high-dependency, high-throughput or safety-critical systems
- Bespoke scheduling – for operations with seasonal peaks, planned shutdowns or out-of-hours requirements
