To meet growing demand, Unisurge invested in a capital program to upgrade its operations, including a new mezzanine floor and automated picking system, increasing production capacity by over 50%.

Unisurge partnered with Conveyor Systems Ltd (CSL) to address the challenge of moving products between their two-level facility. CSL implemented an automated conveyor system with a Qimarox MK1 vertical lift and a 24v DC roller system for efficient, reversible tote movement. This solution improved order picking, dispatch efficiency, and space-saving, enabling Unisurge to handle higher volumes. Unisurge praised CSL for its smooth and professional project execution.
